伯利茲國際金融服務(wù)委員會(Belize International Financial Services Commission,IFSC), 是對投資服務(wù)公司于伯利茲的監(jiān)管機構(gòu)。IFSC也是加勒比海金融行動特別工作組(CFATF)的活躍成員,并贊同其核心原則，致力于消除洗錢和全球金融體系下的地區(qū)金融穩(wěn)定。在期貨市場監(jiān)管方面和多方國家有所合作。
國際金融服務(wù)中心的任務(wù)包括：
? 促進和發(fā)展伯利茲發(fā)展為國際金融服務(wù)中心；
? 保護和加強伯利茲作為離岸金融中心的聲譽；
? 適當(dāng)?shù)谋O(jiān)督和國際金融服務(wù)監(jiān)管；
? 制定政策和向政府提供意見和協(xié)助對此類服務(wù)的規(guī)管；
? 收集、歸檔和公開可靠和及時的信息，在這些服務(wù)的有關(guān)方面對變化和新趨勢始終跟進。
伯利茲IFSC有以下的牌照類別可以申請：
第一類牌照：Formation or management of international business companies or other offshore companie 專業(yè)成立和管理國際商業(yè)公司和其它離岸公司的牌照。
第二類牌照：Trust formation and management of offshore trusts and provision of trustee services 專業(yè)成立和管理信托公司，離岸信托公司，以及提供信托服務(wù)的牌照。
第三類牌照：International asset protection and management 國際資產(chǎn)管理及保障服務(wù)的牌照。
第四類牌照：Money transmission services 匯款服務(wù)牌照。
第五類牌照：Payment processing services 支付服務(wù)牌照。
第六類牌照：Trading in foreign exchange 外匯交易商牌照。
第七類牌照：Trading in financial and commodity-based derivative instruments and other securities (e.g. futures, options, interest rates, foreign exchange instruments, shares, stock, contracts for differences, etc.) 金融證券交易商牌照，從事大宗商品衍生品交易，和其它證券衍生品交易，包括期貨，期權(quán)，利率，外匯，股權(quán)，合約價差等的交易。
第八類牌照：Money brokering 貨幣經(jīng)紀商牌照。
第九類牌照：Money lending and pawning 貸款牌照。
第九類牌照：Money exchange 換匯牌照。
第十類牌照：Safe custody services 保管服務(wù)牌照。
第十一類牌照：Accounting services 財務(wù)服務(wù)牌照。
第十二類牌照：Brokerage, consultancy or advisory services in any of the above services 咨詢、提供建議服務(wù)的牌照。
