香港公司恢復(fù)Hong Kong Restoration

已解散的本地公司，申請(qǐng)以行政方式恢復(fù)注冊(cè)的條件，在有關(guān)公司的名稱從公司登記冊(cè)剔除時(shí)，該公司正在營運(yùn)或經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù); 如公司有任何位于香港而已歸屬政府為無主財(cái)物的不動(dòng)產(chǎn)，政府已確認(rèn)不反對(duì)該公司恢復(fù)注冊(cè); 及申請(qǐng)人須已向公司注冊(cè)處處長交付有關(guān)文件，以使處長備存的紀(jì)錄能反映該公司的最新情況。

The conditions for administrative restoration for a dissolved local company, the company was in operation or carrying on business at the time its name was struck off the Companies Register; if the company has any immovable property situate in Hong Kong which has become vested in the Government as bona vacantia, the Government has confirmed that it has no objection to the restoration; and the applicant must bring up to date the records of the company kept by the Registrar of Companies.
